St Joe Wireless - Wireless High Speed  Internet

About us

St Joe Wireless, a division of Midwest Mobile Radio Service INC.,  is a locally owned and operated 'Fixed Wireless Internet Service Provider'.  We are located in St Joseph, Missouri, and provide wireless line of sight internet service to St. Joseph and surrounding areas.  We offer a variety of packages to ensure your needs are met and unparalleled customer service.

We provide internet services to both Residential and Business customers.

These areas include: Agency, Amity, Cameron, Clarksdale, De Kalb, Faucett, Frazier, Gower, Grant City, Rushville and Savannah.

We also provide service to Elwood, wathena, and Leavenworth Kansas.

How it works

Our service is broadcast via an Access Point that is mounted on a tall structure (Tower, Building, Water Tank, etc). Once clear line of sight is determined via sight survey (See F.A.Q.), by a trained technician. A Subscriber Unit is then mounted within the line of sight to the Access Point. A Cat5E cable, then needs to make entrance into the building, at which point it is plugged into your computer or router.

The transport of the Internet Service is wireless, however the Internet is located within the Subscriber Unit located outside your home or business.  If you want the convenience of wireless service within your home or business, a wireless router must be install.
