Site Survey Request Form

Site surveys are a way for us to determine if we can provide service to your location.  This information is used to determine if you are within our coverage area and have line of sight.  In most cases a technician will need to come out to physically determine this.  The technician may walk your property and with your permission get on the roof to determine line of sight.  Normally the technician will leave a door tag to notify you of the survey results.  Site surveys can take up to a week to complete.  Site Surveys are done M-F 8-5.
