Is There A Data Limit?
Our service does not have a Data Limit. You may use our service as much as you like.
How Is Your Service Wireless?
We are a fixed wireless provider. Also known as a Wirless Internet Service Provider (WISP). This means our service is broadcasted from a wireless Antenna mounted to a tower, water tank, or other tall structure. A reciver is mounted at your location with clear line of sight to that wireless antenna. A wireless connection is made through these 2 pieces of equipment. From the equipment at your location a cable is ran into the home. This cable is plugged into a power supply (POE Injector) which passes the internet traffic through it while providing power to the outdoor equipment. This power supply is plugged into a computer or router to provide internet. A wireless router is need in order to achieve wireless internet to your wireless devices.
What Do I pay To Get The Service Started?
Your first month service & install fee are due when the service is installed. The Install Fee is $100.
Am I Getting The Speeds I Pay For?
We offer "up-to" speeds. If you are paying for 2Mbps package, you will get as close to the 2Mbps as possible. Running speedtest will give you results measured in Mbps. When downloading files you will see your speed measured in bytes (MB/s), not bits (Mbps)

What is a site survey?
A site survey must be completed before we can schedule an install. They are free of charge, and no one has to be home in order for us to complete it.
A site survey is when one of our trained technicians come out to the provided address. Once there, they will take a look around the property to see if they can gain good line of sight to one of our towers. This may mean that the tech has to get on the roof, open a fence gate, etc. Once the survey is complete, they will leave a door tag with the outcome of the survey. If it is marked good line of sight. It is up to you, to give us a call to talk about scheduling a install.
